Welcome to the website of the Continental Parkhotel of Lugano!
The Continental Parkhotel is a historic hotel in Lugano, built in stages between 1870 and 1906 by the Hirth-Wyss family and later by Sir Johann Helmsauer. My great-grandfather Josef Fassbind bought the hotel in 1912. After that, my grandparents, Emmy and Walter, and my parents, Erika and Edgar, fully dedicated themselves to running the hotel and maintaining its high quality.
A complete restoration that took place between 2006 and 2010 has allowed us to offer all the modern comforts without sacrificing the historic value of the hotel. In the future, we will continue to implement innovative new projects and pay careful attention to every detail regarding hospitality.
Finally, I would like to thank our guests for choosing us and our staff for their daily efforts.
